Lead client AI transformation engagements from discovery through implementation. Develop AI strategies and roadmaps, apply product management practices to prioritize and deliver solutions, collaborate with engineering and data teams, participate in Agile delivery, mentor consultants, support business development, and ensure successful, timely delivery of AI and analytics solutions.

Conduct federal income tax research and analysis; support M&A tax structuring, internal restructurings, and domestic tax due diligence; draft tax memos, emails, and firm-wide alerts; and assist with federal income tax training. The role requires extensive experience advising on partnerships, S corporations, and/or C corporations, along with a law degree and strong tax research skills.

Lead and supervise FEMA-related consulting engagements supporting state/local disaster recovery programs. Ensure FEMA and 2 CFR 200 compliance, manage financial and accounting activities, expedite disaster closeouts, support business development, and guide team growth and quality of client deliverables. May involve travel and extended hours.
