The role requires expertise in hedge fund K-1s, trusts, estates, gifts, charitable entities, and federal, state, and local tax matters.

Leads complex not-for-profit tax compliance and consulting engagements, specializing in private foundations. Reviews Form 990-PF and related filings, advises on excise taxes, distribution requirements, self-dealing, governance, and regulatory issues, and provides technical guidance to clients and internal teams. Oversees engagement planning, staffing, execution, and delivery; resolves complex tax matters; mentors tax professionals; supports practice development; and stays current on evolving tax legislation.
