Provides analytical support to Carrier and Sales Center teams by developing datasets, dashboards, KPIs, forecasting models, financial reports, and actionable business insights. Responsibilities include stakeholder requirements gathering, data modeling, SQL analysis, visualization, P&L reporting, performance tracking, and communicating recommendations to management. The role also supports strategic initiatives, operational improvements, and end-to-end analytics projects using BI tools.

Lead and expand broker and consultant partnerships to drive ICHRA adoption. Own full sales cycle for small, mid-market, and enterprise employers; develop go-to-market plans; create sales enablement with Marketing; maintain pipeline discipline; represent the company at events and collaborate cross-functionally to convert opportunities into long-term partnerships.

Designs, develops, and maintains automated test frameworks and suites for complex API and web applications. Tests software functionality, performance, scalability, and database integrations; debugs defects and verifies fixes. Collaborates with engineering, QA, product, and cross-functional teams on test strategy, code reviews, sprint planning, and root-cause analysis. Contributes to CI/CD automation and creates test plans, cases, procedures, and reports.
