Manages post-go-live customer relationships, success plans, account health, business reviews, and executive communications. Translates product usage and operational data into ROI recommendations, coordinates with Support, Product, Sales, Implementation, and Training teams, and identifies renewal and expansion opportunities. The role also improves customer advocacy, guides change across stakeholders, and develops operational efficiencies across a portfolio of accounts.

Leads nationwide deployment projects for energy management systems across commercial facilities. Coordinates customers, subcontractors, field teams, and internal stakeholders; manages schedules, budgets, change orders, risks, documentation, installation, commissioning, system validation, and project closeout. Conducts site visits, provides technical guidance on HVAC controls and BAS/DDC systems, resolves field issues, supports forecasting and negotiations, and promotes safety and continuous improvement. Requires approximately 10–20% domestic travel.

Own the full sales cycle for acquiring mid-market customers, from outbound prospecting and pipeline creation through closing complex, multi-stakeholder SaaS deals. Conduct consultative discovery, deliver ROI-focused demonstrations, engage executive stakeholders, manage forecasts, and meet revenue targets. The role requires strong hunter instincts, organized deal management, CRM proficiency, and experience selling complex B2B solutions.
