Grow sales across an assigned Charlotte-area territory by managing customer relationships, expanding solution adoption, identifying competitive opportunities, and closing new business. Use consultative selling, CRM and digital tools, sanitation and operations expertise, customer training, and pipeline management to achieve revenue targets. Partner with service and corporate teams to deliver customer value, activate franchise opportunities, and maintain brand standards. The role requires local travel, approximately 10% overnight travel, and driving a company vehicle.
