Lead end-to-end syndicated loan operations including trade support, participation and agency servicing, settlements, reconciliations, and portfolio administration. Manage and coach Process Managers and team leads, own governance, MI/dashboards, risk and control frameworks, transitions, and automation/PI initiatives to meet SLAs, improve quality, and drive client satisfaction.

Process and support the syndicated loan trade lifecycle, participation and agency servicing, mortgage warehouse and whole loan operations. Handle trade closing, settlements, mailbox communications, cash operations, reconciliations, and escalate exceptions while following SOPs and quality frameworks.

Lead eClerx’s global strategic partnerships and alliances function, building partner ecosystems into predictable revenue channels. Develop alliance strategies, negotiate agreements, establish governance, coordinate executive relationships, align partner and sales teams for co-selling, and drive joint marketing and enterprise deal execution. Track channel KPIs, pipeline, conversions, certifications, and ROI while collaborating with technology, service line, and business leaders across the organization.
