Senior Manufacturing Engineer responsible for industrializing fuel cell products and establishing U.S. manufacturing operations. The role includes transferring processes from Switzerland, commissioning manual assembly and roll-to-roll equipment, developing controlled process documentation, qualifying processes, specifying tooling and automation, troubleshooting production issues, supporting supplier quality, and improving OEE, throughput, yield, and cost through Lean methods. The position is onsite in Houston with frequent domestic travel and periodic travel to Switzerland.

Industrialization Engineer responsible for transferring fuel cell manufacturing processes from Switzerland to Houston, commissioning manual assembly and roll-to-roll equipment, and establishing validated, repeatable production. Duties include developing work instructions, tooling, fixtures, process windows, capability studies, control plans, operator training, and quality documentation. The role troubleshoots production issues, supports supplier and certification activities, improves OEE, throughput, yield, and cost using Lean methods, and collaborates with manufacturing partners. Frequent domestic and international travel is required.

Lead portfolio and schedule management across 15–25+ global projects. Own the integrated master schedule, dependencies, critical path, capacity planning, risks, issues, changes, operating cadence, and executive reporting. Stand up and administer a project management platform, migrate from spreadsheets, build automated dashboards, standardize project processes, and coordinate Swiss engineering with US manufacturing, supply chain, deployments, and finance. The role is onsite in Houston with regular international and site travel.
