Leads talent acquisition and workforce planning, including recruiting strategy, full-cycle hiring, workforce forecasting, talent pipelines, employer branding, diversity initiatives, retention and succession planning. Partners with leaders and hiring managers, analyzes workforce and market data, manages recruiting agencies and external partners, hosts recruitment events, and produces workforce metrics reports while ensuring employment-law compliance.

Support hydropower plant mechanical systems: troubleshoot field issues, design and produce construction-ready drawings, manage and supervise projects, coordinate contractors and vendors, and travel for project execution (~30%).
