Partners with leaders and hiring managers, analyzes workforce and market data, manages recruiting agencies and external partners, hosts recruitment events, and produces workforce metrics reports while ensuring employment-law compliance.

Support hydropower plant mechanical systems: troubleshoot field issues, design and produce construction-ready drawings, manage and supervise projects, coordinate contractors and vendors, and travel for project execution (~30%).
