Lead and manage research, evaluation, and advisory projects for utilities focused on building electrification and market transformation. Design and execute qualitative studies, craft research and evaluation solutions, lead multidisciplinary teams, manage scopes/schedules/budgets, ensure quality assurance, author client deliverables, and mentor junior staff while communicating findings to technical and non-technical audiences.

Lead product strategy and roadmap for Storm Insights; own backlog and translate priorities into epics, features, and user stories; collaborate with engineers, data scientists, and designers; run agile ceremonies; validate releases and coordinate UAT; synthesize client feedback and utility operational data to improve storm readiness and restoration workflows.
