Lead full‑stack design and delivery of customer-facing web experiences (Browse, Navigate, Preview). Own architecture, APIs, data models, rollouts, observability, on‑call readiness, and cross-team alignment, using approved AI-assisted workflows while ensuring technical quality and reliability.

Lead and scale Dropbox's global revenue operations across SMB, Mid-Market, and Enterprise. Own revenue planning, forecasting, incentives, systems, analytics, and GTM infrastructure. Drive forecasting rigor, territory design, KPI tracking, cross-functional processes, and AI-enabled productivity improvements. Build and lead a high-performing Revenue Operations team partnering with Sales, Finance, Marketing, Product, and Customer organizations.

Own and grow strategic distribution and ecosystem partnerships across AI, hardware, developer, and SaaS ecosystems. Identify opportunities, build business cases and financial models, lead commercial negotiations, manage partnership lifecycle, and collaborate cross-functionally to drive customer acquisition, product adoption, and revenue growth while using data and AI-enabled tools to optimize outcomes.
