Responsible for accounting close activities for advertising fund entities, including journal entries, accruals, account reconciliations, financial analyses, SOX controls, audit support, and remediation. Partners with Marketing, FP&A, and accounting teams to validate expenses, resolve discrepancies, support reporting, and improve processes. Requires progressive accounting experience, U.S. GAAP knowledge, strong Excel skills, ERP experience, and effective stakeholder communication.

The Senior Accountant manages general ledger accounts, vendor payments, member contracts, cash matching, journal entries, account reconciliations, and month-end and quarter-end close activities. The role maintains accounting records and workpapers in accordance with GAAP, supports internal controls, responds to internal requests, and assists with billing contracts and ad hoc projects. It requires strong analytical, organizational, communication, and Excel skills, with ERP experience preferred.

Supports consolidation, intercompany accounting, elimination entries, reconciliations, close activities, and financial reporting in a complex public-company environment. Maintains FCCS data integrity, prepares audit-ready documentation, executes SOX controls, supports material weakness remediation, investigates discrepancies, and partners with cross-functional stakeholders to resolve open items. The role also contributes to process improvements, stronger documentation, and more reliable multi-entity close governance.
