Facilitates instructor-led, virtual, blended learning, workshop, and onboarding programs across the organization. Adapts delivery methods to learner needs, manages classroom dynamics, partners with People Practices teams and business stakeholders, connects employees to development resources, and shares participant feedback to improve learning initiatives. Requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and at least six years of training facilitation, instructional delivery, coaching, or learning and development experience.

Leads enterprise learning and development program administration and delivery. Manages program specialists, establishes priorities, allocates resources, oversees logistics and participant support, evaluates program metrics, partners with stakeholders, and develops team capability through coaching, performance management, and professional development.

Supports assigned teams with routine administrative, operational, and project-related tasks. Responsibilities include data entry, documentation, file organization, information gathering, report and presentation support, task coordination, and participation in meetings and training while developing foundational business-process knowledge under close supervision.
