The role supports controls testing, process improvements, documentation enhancements, and accounting staff training while collaborating with finance, operational leaders, trade partners, and audit teams.

Supports local employee and candidate lifecycle services, including onboarding, employee engagement, policy application, training logistics, interview coordination, and offboarding. Serves as the first point of contact for employees and coaches, provides guidance on People Practices resources, escalates complex issues, coordinates check-ins and orientations, and organizes initiatives promoting inclusion, safety awareness, cultural alignment, and a positive employee experience.
