Develops and executes employee communication plans supporting engagement and organizational transformation. Manages schedules, registrations, communications, logistics, participant records, certifications, and training documentation. Supports instructors and participants, prepares materials and facilities, tracks completion and compliance, produces reports, and maintains records with regulatory and industry organizations. Contributes to process improvements and consistent workforce readiness programs.

Leads resolution of complex and escalated hardware, software, and mobility issues. Performs root cause analysis, identifies service improvements, mentors service desk analysts, maintains troubleshooting documentation, supports onboarding and training, ensures ITSM compliance, and coordinates with infrastructure and application teams on recurring incidents and remediation.

Partners with business and project leaders to execute people strategies, improve workforce effectiveness, and support engagement, inclusion, performance management, succession planning, and career development. Advises on employee relations, coaches People Practices Advisors, leads culture initiatives, and uses workforce metrics to improve organizational effectiveness. This permanent role is full-time and on-site at an assigned U.S. mega or mobility project, requiring relocation or travel and continuous project-site support.

Provides remote bilingual employee support through case management, phone, chat, and email. Handles basic People Practices transactions, employee data updates, inquiries, documentation, triage, follow-up, and escalation while maintaining privacy, compliance, and audit standards. Uses Workday and ServiceNow to troubleshoot basic issues and support employees, including early-shift coverage beginning at 6:00 AM EST.

Leads the design and delivery of complex enterprise technology solutions across multiple systems and business domains. Defines integration strategies, validates proofs of concept, ensures architecture and governance compliance, oversees implementation, resolves technical risks, conducts architectural reviews, and presents solution designs to stakeholders. Mentors team members and promotes architecture, development, and coding standards.

Manages inside sales and customer support across the order lifecycle, including inquiries, quoting, order processing, fulfillment, invoicing, contracts, and issue resolution. Coordinates purchasing, inventory, receiving, and equipment activities while maintaining accurate records. Partners with outside sales representatives and branch leadership to understand customer needs, recommend solutions, resolve service issues, and support revenue growth. Requires strong product knowledge, organization, and time-management skills.

Conducts independent audits of internal operations, processes, and controls; designs audit plans, identifies risks and control gaps, analyzes findings, reports results, recommends corrective actions, and monitors resolution. Collaborates with process owners and guides less experienced team members to improve operational effectiveness and internal controls.

Leads enterprise AI initiatives from use-case prioritization through deployment and adoption. Translates business needs into AI solution specifications, manages cross-functional delivery teams, oversees budgets, timelines, resources, and risks, and measures business value and ROI. Advises senior stakeholders on AI roadmaps, governance, and emerging technologies while supporting team performance and talent development.

Leads the delivery and continuous improvement of technology products. Defines product features, user stories, backlogs, and requirements; partners with stakeholders, UX, engineering, and architecture teams; coordinates testing, releases, and rollouts; monitors product performance and feedback; recommends enhancements; and manages vendor evaluations and service delivery.

Designs, develops, and maintains scalable full-stack applications using modern front-end and back-end frameworks. Builds RESTful and GraphQL APIs, optimizes database access, supports CI/CD and automated testing, participates in code reviews, estimates development effort, and collaborates with product and technical stakeholders. The role also involves orchestrating AI agents across development, testing, and code review workflows while ensuring secure, reliable, production-ready solutions.
