Supports the HRIS team with HCM data standardization, dashboard development, workflow improvements, ticket management, troubleshooting, and reporting initiatives. The intern collaborates with HR, Finance, IT, and vendors to improve data integrity, analyze system issues, optimize support processes, and enhance HR technology operations. This is a 10-week hybrid internship based in Auburn Hills, Michigan.

Supports the Information Security Operations team through monitoring and incident triage, phishing investigations, vulnerability management, identity and endpoint security reviews, security hardening, remediation tracking, and documentation. The intern will use enterprise security tools, assist with control validation and change management, collaborate with technical teams, and complete a scoped security improvement project during a 10-week hybrid summer internship.

Supports transformation projects through scheduling, meeting coordination, action-item documentation, risk and issue tracking, change management, status reporting, dashboards, presentations, and day-to-day project tasks. The intern will gain exposure to Oracle Fusion and DarwinBox system rollouts, enterprise transformation initiatives, and PMO processes while working collaboratively in a hybrid Charlotte-based program.
