Leads regional insider-risk investigations, intelligence collection, employee vetting, workplace-violence threat management, security operations, and travel-risk programs across the Americas. Oversees investigations involving misconduct, cargo theft, fraud, and workplace incidents; partners with HR, Legal, Compliance, IT, law enforcement, and security teams. Develops policies, analyzes threats and trends, manages confidential case files, provides executive briefings, and supports training, audits, site visits, and enterprise resilience.

Provides regional IT infrastructure and application support, including proactive platform maintenance, troubleshooting, network and server support, software deployments, documentation, security escalation, equipment lifecycle tracking, and site refreshes. Supports launches and expansions with up to 30% travel and participates in a regional on-call rotation. Requires strong technical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Leads enterprise-level strategic transformation projects across DP World’s Americas logistics, ports, terminals, and supply chain businesses. Translates strategy into executable roadmaps, establishes governance and KPIs, manages cross-functional initiatives, mitigates risks, tracks value realization, and supports executive decision-making. Requires strong logistics industry knowledge, financial and commercial acumen, structured problem-solving, executive communication, and the ability to influence stakeholders across a matrix organization.
