Freelance CRO Specialist responsible for scaling validated conversion concepts, identifying funnel opportunities, designing and launching A/B tests, analyzing conversion and lead-quality data, and documenting reusable experimentation learnings. Manage and optimize high-budget paid search acquisition campaigns (Google Ads, Bing) to drive lead volume, quality, revenue, and margin. Analyze performance, run structured experiments, scale successful tactics, collaborate across teams to improve the acquisition funnel, and continuously refine strategies for North American clients.

Manage high-budget paid social lead-generation campaigns (primarily Meta) for 20–25 clients, analyze performance and data to optimize quality, volume and revenue, run tests and iterate strategies, and collaborate with Sales and Operations to build acquisition funnels.
