Lead product strategy for Docker's internal developer platform and AI dev tools. Define golden paths and self-service capabilities, align platform roadmap with business goals, shape AI agent and tooling direction, partner to productize internal capabilities for customers, and measure adoption and developer productivity. Influence cross-functional stakeholders and track outcomes like provisioning speed, reliability, and reduced toil.

Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to lead GTM FP&A: forecasting, headcount and Opex management, bookings/ARR metrics, quota and pipeline modeling, ROI/unit-economics analysis, compensation modeling, automation and AI-driven reporting, and board-level reporting. Build scalable analytics, AI-powered workflows, and drive monthly/quarterly planning and business reviews.

Serve as a senior technical leader for strategic customers, driving container and AI adoption across pre- and post-sales. Lead prototyping, create custom demos/content, coordinate field feedback with product and engineering, deliver enablement to technical and executive audiences, and represent Docker in customer and partner engagements (up to 50% travel).
