Optimize and support Epicor Kinetic ERP systems, including business process analysis, customizations, integrations, data migration, reporting, dashboards, troubleshooting, UAT, and user training. Translate business requirements into technical solutions, improve data quality and operational efficiency, and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders on ERP initiatives and continuous improvement projects.

Creates AI-assisted visual content, photo booth templates, filters, UI enhancements, and anime or licensed creative assets. Collaborates with marketing, product, and development teams to deliver engaging customer experiences. Maintains brand consistency, evaluates user feedback and engagement data, tests content across devices, and identifies trends and optimization opportunities. Requires strong digital design expertise, proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, experience with AI content tools, and a portfolio demonstrating visual storytelling and creative problem-solving.

Designs, develops, integrates, and maintains software for photo kiosk and print engine products. Collaborates with software leaders and development teams on architecture, design reviews, high-priority deliverables, web-based solutions, and SDLC processes. Provides technical leadership, documentation, demonstrations, troubleshooting, and recommendations while delivering solutions within established standards and timelines.
