Develops scientifically accurate, hands-on technology experiences for museum visitors from early learners through adults. Researches emerging technologies and translates them into exhibits, curricula, demonstrations, workshops, digital content, and programs. Teaches diverse audiences, prototypes interactive experiences, collaborates with exhibit and education teams, mentors staff and volunteers, and partners with schools and community organizations. The role requires broad technology knowledge, strong public communication, safe maker-tool operation, and the ability to explain complex concepts accessibly.

Leads organizational development, leadership development, employee engagement, culture, succession planning, change management, learning programs, and organizational effectiveness initiatives. Advises senior leaders, develops competency frameworks, analyzes workforce data, supports performance management, and drives inclusive workplace practices and continuous improvement across the organization.

Leads museum operations while delivering educational programs, demonstrations, camps, and visitor experiences. Serves as Manager on Duty, coordinating staff, enforcing procedures, handling cash and admissions, addressing customer concerns, monitoring exhibits and safety, managing supplies, and supporting front-line service. The role also facilitates animal encounters, special events, school programs, and interactive science activities for diverse audiences.
