Teams at DISCO

Leads DISCO’s machine learning research strategy, directs advanced algorithm and methodology development, oversees large-scale research programs, and manages research teams. Collaborates with industry partners and cross-functional stakeholders to apply machine learning to real-world challenges. Develops long-term research plans, mentors researchers, optimizes research processes, and contributes to the broader research community through publications, presentations, and industry engagement.

Manages the full contract lifecycle, including drafting, reviewing, negotiating, executing, and monitoring contracts. Ensures compliance with laws and contract terms, identifies risks, supports cross-functional teams, maintains contract databases, tracks performance, and resolves disputes. The role focuses on software and technology contracting, commercial and privacy agreements, and contracts governed by international laws.

Leads DISCO’s Customer Success and Enablement organizations, setting strategy, operating standards, account-planning frameworks, adoption programs, client training, and performance metrics. Manages CS leaders and broader CSM teams while partnering with Sales, Product, Marketing, Finance, and Professional Services. Owns CS technology and AI strategy, client advisory initiatives, and consumption-growth programs. Builds accountable performance cultures and ensures customers realize value from DISCO’s legal technology products.
