Lead global talent management and learning strategy, including succession planning, leadership development, performance management, learning delivery, talent analytics, and organizational capability to build leadership pipelines and drive business impact.

Manage end-to-end corporate travel bookings (air, hotel, ground, rail) for multiple accounts using Avenir/Spotnana, Sabre, and Amadeus. Ensure policy compliance, preferred vendor usage, exceptional customer service, and meet performance standards. Provide first-level traveler support, attend trainings, and maintain company procedures and relationships.

Provide accurate, cost-effective domestic and international travel arrangements (air, hotel, ground, rail) using Sabre/Apollo GDS, enforce client travel policies, support multiple accounts, deliver first-level customer service for VIP clients, manage ticketing (exchanges/reissues), meet performance standards, and participate in trainings. Remote, Mon–Fri 8:30–5:30 Eastern.
