Teams at Dimensional Fund Advisors

Design, build, and optimize internal data platforms, automated pipelines, semantic layers, and scalable data models. Develop production-grade Python and SQL code, ensure CI/CD and uptime, perform code reviews and debugging, partner with stakeholders to translate requirements, and own the end-to-end technical product lifecycle for analytics and BI tools.

Supports institutional sales and client relationship teams by preparing presentations, portfolio reviews, performance data, client reports, due diligence materials, questionnaires, RFPs, and marketing lists. Maintains CRM data, performs quality control, and coordinates with operations, portfolio management, research, legal, compliance, and marketing. Requires strong communication, organization, quantitative problem-solving, financial services interest, and securities licenses.

Supports Regional Directors and sales and client service teams serving independent financial advisors. Responsibilities include constructing portfolio analyses, discussing findings with clients, delivering investment webinars, answering client service questions, developing marketing materials, and researching capital markets and advisor practices. The role requires financial services experience, strong analytical and communication skills, Excel and Access proficiency, and obtaining SIE, Series 7, and Series 63/66 licenses within 12 weeks.
