Manage and modernize the Oracle ERP platform landscape (EBS R12.2 to Oracle Cloud), lead patching/release governance, implement automated testing and AI-enabled operations, coordinate integrations and environment management, ensure compliance (SOX, DORA), and provide leadership to technical teams and vendors to improve platform reliability and delivery quality.

Lead and mature the enterprise risk management program by identifying, assessing, and prioritizing risks; build data-driven risk insights using AI, dashboards and Power BI; advise leaders and Board committees; drive workshops, training, and monitoring of emerging risks; and integrate ERM into strategic planning and business resiliency.

Lead global order entry and billing operations as the SME, ensuring accurate, compliant invoicing, OTC controls, and SOX compliance. Own ERP and billing implementations, partner on system, automation, and AI improvements, manage global teams and shared services, and translate strategy into measurable operational outcomes while mitigating control risks.
