Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, scorecards, KPI solutions, and analytical models that provide business performance insights. Responsibilities include trend and root-cause analysis, forecasting, data validation, stakeholder requirements gathering, reporting automation, process improvement, documentation, and data quality governance. The role partners with cross-functional teams and communicates findings to technical and non-technical audiences.

Leads business performance analytics and reporting initiatives, developing Power BI dashboards, KPI frameworks, scorecards, forecasts, and actionable insights. Partners with business leaders to translate needs into reporting solutions, performs root-cause and trend analysis, validates data, establishes governance standards, and mentors analysts. The role combines hands-on reporting development, analytical problem-solving, performance measurement, and cross-functional initiative leadership.

Leads workflow strategy, process design, governance, documentation, standardization, and continuous improvement across Client Service & Delivery. Establishes process ownership, decision rights, KPIs, governance routines, and adoption plans; analyzes operational data to identify root causes and improvement opportunities. Facilitates workshops, develops training and executive materials, partners with analytics and technology teams, coaches stakeholders, and drives measurable operational outcomes across domestic and offshore teams.
