Design, implement, and maintain SCADA systems for data centers and renewable assets (wind, solar, BESS). Troubleshoot hardware/software, manage data connections, coordinate with IT and OEMs, perform testing and validation, support NERC CIP compliance, provide user training, and participate in on-call rotations and occasional site travel.

Lead and manage the Finance and HR application portfolio (NetSuite, Workday, etc.), oversee a team of ~10, drive stability, integrations, vendor relationships, budgets, SOx compliance, ServiceNow-based ITSM, and partner with PMO for project delivery and operational handover.

Lead mechanical reliability engineering for wind, solar, and battery assets. Provide technical assistance, perform root cause analyses, champion reliability best practices, improve RTA/MOC programs, support O&M cost modeling and investment decisions, present executive-level recommendations, and mentor junior engineers.
