The SCADA Engineer will design, implement, and maintain SCADA systems for energy projects, providing technical support and ensuring optimal performance.

Manages capital projects and multi-site campaigns supporting wind operations, from project definition and procurement through construction, commissioning, turnover, and closeout. Responsibilities include scope, schedule, budget, contractor, supplier, risk, quality, safety, compliance, and stakeholder management. Coordinates turbine component replacements, outages, logistics, and specialized labor while maintaining forecasts, dashboards, action registers, and project documentation. The role is based near Charlotte, North Carolina, includes office and field work, travel up to 50%, and may require climbing wind turbine towers.

Supports profitable growth and financial planning for renewable energy services. Develops pricing, evaluates costs and margins, coordinates proposals and contract reviews, supports budgets and forecasts, analyzes performance, and prepares executive presentations. The role also improves reporting processes, facilitates cross-functional decisions, manages commercial deliverables, and provides business development support. Work is primarily office-based, with four days per week onsite.
