Leads and builds Infinia’s Release Engineering, DevOps, SecDevOps, and SRE functions. Owns release pipelines, CI/CD automation, infrastructure as code, security tooling, reliability standards, observability, incident response, capacity planning, and scaling. Establishes SLOs, SLIs, error budgets, and operational practices while building globally distributed engineering teams. Partners with product, QA, security, and executive leadership to communicate roadmaps, risks, and technical tradeoffs.

Leads worldwide tax provision, consolidated U.S. federal tax compliance, international tax planning, audits, and tax strategy. Oversees ASC 740 reporting, GILTI, FDII, BEAT, foreign tax credits, controls, process modernization, and executive communication. Partners with finance, legal, treasury, FP&A, auditors, and external advisors while developing the U.S. tax team and supporting acquisitions, restructurings, financing, and entity optimization.

Leads the design and development of a highly available asynchronous replication engine for the Infinia AI Data Platform. Responsibilities include multi-threaded replication pipelines, delta synchronization, secure TLS data transfer, integrity validation, failover workflows, REST APIs, metadata tracking, observability, and performance validation. Provides architectural guidance, mentors engineers, collaborates across teams, and resolves production issues while ensuring scalability, resiliency, and disaster recovery capabilities.
