Partners with product, QA, security, and executive leadership to communicate roadmaps, risks, and technical tradeoffs.

Leads worldwide tax provision, consolidated U.S. federal tax compliance, international tax planning, audits, and tax strategy. Oversees ASC 740 reporting, GILTI, FDII, BEAT, foreign tax credits, controls, process modernization, and executive communication. Partners with finance, legal, treasury, FP&A, auditors, and external advisors while developing the U.S. tax team and supporting acquisitions, restructurings, financing, and entity optimization.

Leads the design and development of a highly available asynchronous replication engine for the Infinia AI Data Platform. Responsibilities include multi-threaded replication pipelines, delta synchronization, secure TLS data transfer, integrity validation, failover workflows, REST APIs, metadata tracking, observability, and performance validation. Provides architectural guidance, mentors engineers, collaborates across teams, and resolves production issues while ensuring scalability, resiliency, and disaster recovery capabilities.

Leads the design and development of high-performance asynchronous replication systems for a large-scale AI data platform. Responsibilities include distributed replication pipelines, delta synchronization, secure data transfer, integrity validation, REST APIs, failover workflows, observability, and disaster recovery capabilities. Provides architectural guidance and mentorship while partnering with QA, security, backend, and platform teams to validate scalability, resilience, and performance.

Design and build a software-defined storage cluster management platform, focusing on high-performance Go components and production-scale observability. Develop and optimize telemetry pipelines using OpenTelemetry, Prometheus, and VictoriaMetrics; troubleshoot Linux-based clustered storage systems; write tests, conduct code reviews, document standards, support Scrum delivery, and participate in a global on-call rotation.

Lead the architecture and development of AI-powered engineering platforms, agentic development environments, inference infrastructure, and automated quality systems. Oversee GPU clusters, inference services, evaluation frameworks, testing strategies, and engineering guardrails. Guide technical direction, architecture, code reviews, platform productization, and Loop Engineering practices while mentoring engineers and partnering across software, AI research, platform, quality, and product teams.
