Provide person-centered case management for students referred by Davidson County Schools: connect school staff with community resources, make and follow up on referrals, monitor progress, document outcomes, and support quarterly data reporting. Manage a voluntary, time-limited caseload (about 30 clients annually).

Oversee and lead all FBC nursing staff, ensure patient care quality and regulatory compliance, develop nursing policies and goals, coordinate pharmacy, provide 24/7 consultation, participate in quality improvement, budgeting, and provide direct nursing coverage when needed.

Provide front-desk and administrative support for a behavioral health center: schedule appointments, maintain records, perform data entry for billing and benefits, answer phones, ensure HIPAA and Medicaid/Medicare compliance, and assist clients with resources and fee-setting.
