Leads end-to-end software implementation projects for new customers, managing timelines from kickoff through launch. Coordinates customers and internal teams, conducts weekly status meetings, identifies and escalates risks, supports data analysis with the ETL team, and maintains project documentation. Manages multiple small and mid-size projects while delivering launches within four months. The role requires approximately 25% travel to customer sites.

Own the full sales cycle for new clients, including prospecting, discovery, presentations, proposals, negotiations, contracting, and closing. Build sales plans, achieve quotas, maintain CRM pipeline data, and develop lasting client relationships. Provide responsive post-sale support and resolve client concerns. The role requires consultative selling, strong communication, organization, independent work, and approximately 50% travel.

Manage health and performance of product databases: schema design, permissions, backups/recovery, failover clustering, performance tuning, monitoring, incident response, and cross-team support for releases and customer issues. Participate in on-call rotation.
