Plan and execute a diverse portfolio of college events—focused on fundraising, donor stewardship, and arts partnerships—from concept through onsite production. Manage vendors, campus liaisons, budgets, registration, event communications, and logistics. Support peak-season programs, ensure high-quality attendee experiences, and perform physical setup tasks; evenings and weekends required.

Support, maintain, and help design secure on-campus and cloud-based HPC and research computing environments. Collaborate with faculty and teams to deploy computational resources, provide user guidance, troubleshoot systems, and coordinate with external cyberinfrastructure providers.

Conduct prospect research and analysis to produce written profiles, ratings, and data lists. Track findings in the CRM, support development officers with data-informed recommendations, help manage officer portfolios and prospect plans, assist with events and end-of-year fundraising, and support division-wide data management and segmentation efforts.
