Builds C-suite relationships, develops multi-year growth strategies, leads complex enterprise pursuits and agreements, and coordinates cross-functional resources across health systems, IDNs, academic medical centers, and other strategic organizations. The role is remote with 50–75% travel and requires extensive healthcare sales or strategic account experience.

Leads finance operations for IDT and Aldevron manufacturing, connecting operational performance to financial outcomes. Responsibilities include product and standard costing, cost accounting, COGS, variance analysis, inventory valuation, profitability, forecasting, capital deployment, capacity planning, ERP implementation, KPI reporting, and transformation. Partners with Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, Engineering, Commercial, and executive leadership while building and developing a high-performing Operations Finance team.

Own the end-to-end machine learning and LLM lifecycle, taking models and agentic AI workflows from experimentation into reliable, scalable production. Design MLOps infrastructure, serving, orchestration, CI/CD, evaluation, observability, and GPU optimization. Build self-service tooling and establish LLMOps standards while partnering with engineering and business teams. The role is fully remote and involves up to 10% travel.
