Manage contingent workforce administration, onboarding, HRIS data (Workday), timekeeping, leave of absence administration, vendor/invoice coordination, and partner with HRBPs to support employee relations, compliance, payroll, and recruiting tasks. Provide training to managers and support HR initiatives across multiple systems to ensure accurate staffing transactions and a positive employee experience.

Lead and coach small business credit analysts; review and implement credit policies; analyze portfolio KPIs and credit deals up to $1M; handle escalated dealer issues; collaborate with sales, remarketing, and regional teams to minimize losses and support strategic growth across North America, including Canadian and Mexican portfolios.

Provide legal counsel for DTFS across commercial finance, secured lending, regulatory compliance, litigation management, vendor and dealer contracts, payment products, and cross-border projects. Partner with credit, risk, operations, IT, compliance, and commercial teams; manage outside counsel; support licensing, audits, and loss-mitigation efforts.
