Prepares monthly and quarterly financial reporting under IFRS, analyzes results, supports regulatory filings and audits, performs accounting research, and completes month-end close activities. Responsibilities include financial commentary, journal entries, reconciliations, intercompany confirmations, hedging analysis, internal control testing, SAP accounting structure administration, and reporting tool administration. The role collaborates with headquarters, management, external auditors, and regulatory agencies.

Lead DTFS North America’s AI-enabled analytics strategy, roadmap, data management, governance, data quality, warehouses, dashboards and decision-support capabilities. Partner with business, IT, data stewards and AI Engineering to deliver secure, scalable and trusted analytics products. Manage the analytics team, prioritize the product backlog, oversee vendors, establish adoption metrics, and promote AI- and data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Provides comprehensive administrative support to two executives and their teams, including calendar and email management, meeting preparation, travel coordination, expense processing, purchasing, document organization, internal communications, legal administrative tasks, and departmental event planning. The role also supports attorneys and HR personnel with confidential matters, coordinates vendors and outside counsel, and provides backup assistance and training to other executive assistants.
