Lead and manage collateral administration and ART analysts to ensure perfection of security interests, accurate daily posting of receivables, title processing across US and Canada, vendor and bank interfaces, reconciliations, escalations, KPI monitoring, process improvements, and personnel management to meet regulatory and operational requirements.

Serve as Product Owner for the Point of Sale system supporting credit applications, quoting, and contract document workflows across Canada and Mexico. Gather and document requirements, partner with IT for enhancements and integrations (including e-signature), lead UAT, validate credit and quotation logic, ensure regulatory compliance, and train/end-user support while communicating updates and risks to leadership.

Support syndicated loan transactions across corporate and dealer portfolios by coordinating internal teams, agent banks, borrowers and participants. Maintain transaction records and reporting, assist credit analysis and settlement, support negotiation of credit agreements, manage lender relationships, and ensure compliance with syndication requirements and portfolio review processes.
