Lead regional credit governance and portfolio risk for North America. Oversee credit submissions, ensure rule compliance, manage credit reviews and audits, lead teams, develop analytics and scorecards, monitor portfolio performance, identify emerging risks, produce executive risk reporting, and collaborate cross-functionally to design scalable governance for captive finance and commercial trucking.

Partner with business leaders to drive talent strategy, workforce planning, employee relations, performance coaching, and organizational change. Provide HR guidance, conduct investigations, use data to inform decisions, lead HR projects, support total rewards, onboarding, inclusion initiatives, and collaborate with HR centers of excellence.

Execute and manage wholesale floor plan, book, and takeover audits across U.S. and Canadian dealer networks. Analyze results, reconcile variances, investigate and escalate high-risk findings, drive audit lifecycle to closure, coordinate with internal teams and dealer personnel, oversee third-party vendor performance, and support reporting and risk mitigation.
