Automation Engineer Interns support robotics, automated equipment, machine integration, and shopfloor systems in a high-volume manufacturing environment. Responsibilities include troubleshooting, root cause analysis, continuous improvement, system documentation, data collection, equipment performance visualization, and collaboration with maintenance, production, and engineering teams. Supports Daimler Truck Financial Services’ asset-backed securities platform by preparing investor, trustee, regulatory, and servicer reports; monitoring portfolio performance, cash flows, reserves, and transaction compliance; supporting new securitization issuances; coordinating Reg AB audits; performing reconciliations and testing; and improving reporting controls, data quality, automation, and operational efficiency.

Provides comprehensive administrative support to two executives and their teams, including calendar and email management, meeting preparation, travel coordination, expense processing, purchasing, document organization, internal communications, legal administrative tasks, and departmental event planning. The role also supports attorneys and HR personnel with confidential matters, coordinates vendors and outside counsel, and provides backup assistance and training to other executive assistants.

Forecasts cash needs, supports liquidity and asset-liability management, coordinates intercompany lending, monitors treasury positions and credit facilities, and assists with funding decisions. Supports ABS transaction structuring, onboarding, investor and collateral reporting, portfolio analysis, internal controls, audits, and treasury projects. Collaborates with Treasury, Finance, Accounting, and business stakeholders across the United States and Canada to improve cash flow forecasting and reporting accuracy.

Leads the enterprise PMO, owning project intake, prioritization, portfolio governance, executive reporting, resource planning, and delivery standards. Establishes governance frameworks, stage gates, controls, dashboards, and performance metrics while managing portfolio risks, dependencies, and investment recommendations. Partners with executives and cross-functional leaders to align initiatives with strategy, capacity, and business value. Drives continuous improvement, accountability, transparency, and adoption of project management practices across the organization.

Supports warehouse and supply chain logistics operations in a manufacturing environment. Analyzes material flow, inventory, and operational data; monitors shortages; investigates supply disruptions; develops reports and dashboards; contributes to lean and continuous improvement projects; documents standard work; and helps optimize warehouse layouts, material flow, safety, and inventory accuracy. Partners with supervisors and cross-functional teams and presents recommendations to leadership.

Manages regional compensation programs across the United States, Canada, and Mexico. Conducts market benchmarking, salary reviews, job evaluations, incentive planning, executive compensation support, and regulatory compliance. Partners with HR and business leaders on organizational design, job architecture, career pathing, and compensation communications. Uses Workday and advanced Excel for compensation administration, reporting, data analysis, and system testing. Supports recognition and reward strategies in a global matrix environment.

Drive generation and renewal of point-of-sale insurance products for Daimler dealers by building dealer relationships, meeting revenue KPIs, coordinating product development and rollout, training internal and dealer teams, managing renewals and policy administration, and using DTFS/DTIA systems for lead generation and account management.
