The role also supports attorneys and HR personnel with confidential matters, coordinates vendors and outside counsel, and provides backup assistance and training to other executive assistants.

Provides comprehensive administrative support to the Global CIO, Director of Strategy, and their teams. Responsibilities include executive calendar and email management, meeting preparation, business travel coordination, expense and invoice processing, departmental records, internal communications, office supplies, and event planning. The role also supports cross-departmental initiatives, vendor and guest coordination, and backup assistance and training for other executive assistants.

Lead strategy development, annual planning, KPI and metrics management for the COO organization. Coordinate strategic projects, executive communications, budgets, timelines, and cross-functional reporting with senior leaders and global teams. Manage Business Continuity Management, including continuity planning, crisis management processes, stakeholder engagement, regional support, training, awareness, and executive reporting. Support annual budget and operating-plan cycles while serving as a key liaison across HR, IT, finance, and international offices.

Drive generation and renewal of point-of-sale insurance products for Daimler dealers by building dealer relationships, meeting revenue KPIs, coordinating product development and rollout, training internal and dealer teams, managing renewals and policy administration, and using DTFS/DTIA systems for lead generation and account management.

Manage distressed commercial fleet accounts, collections, credit analysis, and customized restructuring solutions. Review financial statements and economic trends, negotiate payment plans and asset liquidations, prepare restructure recommendations for senior management and credit committees, monitor Special Assets accounts, and ensure compliance with credit regulations. The role also supports Canadian customers, trains fleet collectors, contributes to process improvements, and collaborates with legal counsel and internal stakeholders.

Lead and coach small business credit analysts; review and implement credit policies; analyze portfolio KPIs and credit deals up to $1M; handle escalated dealer issues; collaborate with sales, remarketing, and regional teams to minimize losses and support strategic growth across North America, including Canadian and Mexican portfolios.
