Leads technology product management for multiple Pharmacy Services product lines, defining product vision, strategy, roadmaps, investment priorities, and performance objectives. Oversees product launches, cross-functional alignment, stakeholder engagement, product operations, and delivery outcomes. Builds and develops a high-performing product management organization, champions agile practices, and drives customer-centric, data-informed decision-making across a complex healthcare technology environment.

Lead and manage multiple, cross-functional enterprise marketing programs. Develop integrated marketing plans, timelines, and capacity forecasts. Apply PMO governance, drive stakeholder alignment, surface risks and mitigation, provide portfolio visibility, and improve PMO processes using program and portfolio management tools.

Leads enterprise-wide sales incentive controls and governance, including sales crediting, quota allocation, decision rights, controls, audits, adjudication, and compliance. Partners with Sales, Finance, HR, Legal, Compensation, and Internal Audit to ensure accurate, consistent, and financially sound incentive outcomes. Establishes governance standards, resolves cross-business conflicts, drives change management, and leads matrixed teams. Requires extensive sales compensation expertise, executive leadership, financial controls knowledge, and experience managing complex multi-entity organizations.
