Lead cross-functional coordination for Customer.io's self-serve growth motion, building execution plans, tracking dependencies, developing reporting dashboards for OKRs, identifying and resolving blockers, and scaling operating rhythms across Marketing, Product, Engineering, CX, and GTM to drive onboarding, activation, lifecycle, monetization, and pricing initiatives.

Lead and develop a team of data scientists and analysts to deliver forecasting, experimentation, behavioral analytics, segmentation, churn and health-score models, and revenue forecasts. Partner with product, marketing, sales, and CX to define metrics, measurement frameworks, and analytics best practices while managing internal analytics platform capabilities.
