Lead project controls and data governance for global real estate and workplace projects. Establish centralized controls, ensure data integrity and compliance, produce governance models, dashboards, audits, and reporting. Collaborate with PMO, IT, finance, and stakeholders to standardize processes, train teams, and drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Lead and manage engineering and maintenance operations for assigned properties, overseeing HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire/life safety, preventive maintenance, energy management, budgeting, vendor contracts, safety compliance, inspections, staffing, training, documentation, and emergency response. Perform hands-on engineering duties as needed and ensure customer service and regulatory compliance.

Ensure efficient operation, maintenance, and reliability of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems for assigned commercial properties. Perform preventive maintenance, supervise maintenance staff when applicable, coordinate contractors, maintain inventory, respond to emergencies, comply with codes, and produce monthly operations reports. May work extended shifts, be on-call, and perform physically demanding tasks.
