Ensure efficient operation, maintenance, and reliability of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems for assigned commercial properties. Perform preventive maintenance, supervise maintenance staff when applicable, coordinate contractors, maintain inventory, respond to emergencies, comply with codes, and produce monthly operations reports. May work extended shifts, be on-call, and perform physically demanding tasks.

Leads complex corporate real estate and workplace services accounts, serving as executive client advisor and senior company representative. Owns account strategy, service delivery, governance, financial performance, P&L, contract compliance, risk, talent, transformation, renewals, and organic growth. Manages multidisciplinary matrixed teams, executive relationships, commercial negotiations, operational resilience, and integrated service lines across geographies.

Supports commercial real estate capital markets transactions through financial analysis, valuations, debt and equity modeling, proposals, offering memoranda, due diligence, market research, and lender communications. Prepares pro formas, debt sizings, quote matrices, transaction updates, and closing documentation. The role also identifies workflow automation opportunities and implements AI- and data-enabled solutions. Work is performed on-site in Charlotte, with potential travel, extended hours, and weekend work during deadlines.
