Lead and manage audit engagements from planning through completion, supervise and mentor audit staff, serve as primary client contact, review workpapers and financial statements, resolve accounting and audit issues, ensure regulatory compliance, and contribute to process improvements and business development.

Partner with the RVP to deploy standardized operations across portfolio firms: improve billing/collections, reduce DSO, manage WIP, coordinate FP&A/Controller support, HR/legal/tech integration, build capacity for tuck-in acquisitions, and provide firm-level KPI insights and operational accountability.

Lead regional revenue growth through GTM execution, firm-level sales enablement, cross-sell activation, and tuck-in M&A readiness. Deploy Tech AI and Global Delivery, manage regional growth initiatives, and act as strategic partner to the RVP, driving pipeline, CRM adoption, and measurable revenue outcomes.
