Leads business development and regional growth across North Carolina and South Carolina by building partnerships with senior living organizations. Responsibilities include prospecting, executive relationship management, presentations, negotiations, contract execution, partnership strategy, team development, CRM tracking, and collaboration on implementation. The role requires expertise in senior living, value-based care, Medicare Advantage, ACOs, healthcare operations, and partnership development, with approximately 40% travel.

Performs accurate diagnostic and procedural coding for outpatient and inpatient medical records. Assigns codes and modifiers, conducts abstracting and coding audits, maintains productivity, quality, and timeliness standards, follows industry coding practices, and serves as a subject matter expert and resource for staff.

Coordinates the full employee onboarding lifecycle, including pre-employment requirements, orientation, training, compliance documentation, equipment and system access, employee inquiries, reporting, and process improvement. Partners with hiring managers, Talent Acquisition, IT, Learning and Development, Credentialing, and other teams to ensure new associates have a compliant and effective start.
