Lead and grow a team to develop and validate analytical biochemistry methods and in vitro assays supporting discovery through early clinical development. Define bioanalytical strategies across modalities (especially DNA/RNA therapeutics), oversee assay data quality, manage internal and external collaborations, drive innovation and technology adoption, and ensure regulatory-compliant data generation to advance therapeutic candidates.

Lead day-to-day TMF operations across the portfolio: govern TMF processes, oversee eTMF systems (Veeva), manage vendors, ensure inspection readiness, track TMF KPIs, drive continuous improvement, and coach TMF staff.

Senior finance leader responsible for US commercial finance strategy, FP&A, forecasting, revenue recognition, KPI development, capital allocation, risk management, cross-functional decision support, and team leadership to drive profitable growth in a regulated pharma/biotech environment.
