Lead end-to-end technical ownership for an e-commerce platform service area. Design, build, and ship production features; modernize legacy systems; establish architecture and engineering standards; optimize platform performance; plan roadmaps and sprint priorities; mentor engineers; improve developer productivity; and contribute to hiring. The role requires hands-on TypeScript, JavaScript, React, Node.js, AWS, Python, and Django experience in a remote United States or Canada environment.

Own end-to-end replenishment for assigned bike categories, generating purchase orders and setting SKU-level inventory parameters. Monitor stock availability, weeks of supply, turns, sell-through, vendor fill rates, late shipments, and excess inventory. Partner with merchants, planners, vendors, and distribution centers to resolve supply issues and improve inventory performance. Build weekly exception reports and enhance tools, automation, and workflows.
