Serve as a hybrid Senior Business Analyst and Product Owner on a Scrum team for Crowe's Insight product. Translate business goals into requirements, lead backlog refinement, facilitate Agile ceremonies, manage dependencies and risks, support UAT and change management, and leverage AI tools to improve product delivery and user experience.

Lead and support IT and AI sourcing from intake through contract execution: develop sourcing strategies, run RFx events, perform spend and market analysis, negotiate vendor and software agreements, manage vendors, collaborate with Legal/Finance/Technology, drive cost savings and process efficiencies, and present recommendations to stakeholders and leadership.

Own full-cycle recruiting for complex technical roles: source, assess, and close candidates; consult with hiring leaders using market intelligence; maintain ATS data, create positive candidate experiences, and support process improvements and special projects.
