Lead hands-on ServiceNow ITOM consulting and development, including Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, MID Servers, integrations, scripting, configuration, testing, deployment, and performance tuning. Translate technical requirements into scalable solutions, collaborate with architects and engagement leads, conduct design reviews, document standards, and support client workshops and post-go-live needs. The role also involves team and project leadership, client relationship development, and occasional travel.

Manages partner lifecycle programs, governance processes, Board and executive support, strategic initiatives, communications, engagement programs, and partner compensation analytics. Coordinates cross-functional work across HR, Finance, Legal, IT, Corporate Development, and business units. Develops dashboards, financial models, forecasts, presentations, business cases, and recommendations while overseeing confidential partnership matters and year-end compensation true-ups.

Reviews transaction monitoring alerts, conducts AML investigations, customer due diligence, enhanced due diligence, and sanctions screening. Performs holistic reviews of higher-risk customers, makes risk-based SAR recommendations, prepares SARs, and applies BSA, USA PATRIOT Act, OFAC, and sanctions requirements. Supports financial crime consulting engagements for banks, money service businesses, payment providers, and fintech companies while maintaining regulatory-quality documentation and communicating findings effectively.
