Responsibilities include finance function diagnostics, forecasting and budgeting, indirect and wrap-rate strategy, DCAA-aligned reporting, contract pricing, cash flow management, KPI development, and financial modeling. The Director also oversees client delivery, business development, team leadership, mentoring, practice development, and implementation of scalable tools and methodologies.

Leads FP&A advisory engagements for private equity portfolio companies in the government contracting sector. Responsibilities include developing indirect and wrap rate structures, financial models, budgets, forecasts, pricing analyses, KPI reporting, cash flow forecasts, covenant analysis, and DCAA-aligned reporting. The role also manages client relationships, supports business development, mentors team members, and helps implement compliant AI-enabled solutions.
