Drive partner-led revenue, resolve complex technical challenges, and align cross-functional teams (Sales, Product, Engineering) to scale Cresta's partner program and joint customer success.

Own partner relationships and enablement for Crestaplatform, driving onboarding, technical enablement, joint GTM strategies, solution integrations, and revenue acceleration while coordinating Product, Sales, and Services to improve partner performance and adoption.

Customer-facing role deploying and optimizing AI Agents across the customer lifecycle. Define customer AI roadmaps, iterate prompt and context engineering, run evaluations and A/B tests with Forward-Deployed Engineers, leverage conversation-discovery tools and data analysis, and improve agent development and deployment playbooks.
