Leads CRC Group’s enterprise compliance strategy, regulatory programs, compliance operations, risk assessments, monitoring, audits, remediation, policies, training, and agency relationships across insurance business units and jurisdictions. Advises executives and the Board, partners with the General Counsel, develops compliance talent and succession plans, and represents the organization with regulators and industry bodies.

Translate business needs into functional and technical requirements for internal web applications. Facilitate requirements sessions, analyze business processes and existing systems, create workflow and interface diagrams, define acceptance criteria, support user acceptance testing, coordinate project planning, communicate initiative status, ensure SDLC and change-management compliance, and mentor junior business/system analysts.

Leads multiple mature Agile teams by facilitating Scrum ceremonies, coaching teams on Agile practices, removing impediments, maintaining Agile tools, and ensuring deliverables meet timelines and budgets. Ensures adherence to the organization’s Agile software development lifecycle, troubleshoots delivery issues, and supports complex initiatives. Collaborates with team members, management, product owners, and infrastructure, endpoint, and platform teams.
