Supports Jamf and Apple endpoint management, including macOS and iOS enrollment, provisioning, policies, profiles, application deployment, patching, security compliance, troubleshooting, inventory, and lifecycle management. The role also contributes to Bash/zsh scripting, Jamf API automation, device-health monitoring, reporting, and documentation while collaborating with service desk, infrastructure, security, and endpoint engineering teams.

Designs, deploys, secures, monitors, and troubleshoots Azure infrastructure and services. Manages virtual machines, databases, networks, backups, disaster recovery, cost optimization, and infrastructure as code using Terraform and Azure DevOps. Supports secure cloud migrations, SQL Server environments, automation, incident response, and after-hours PagerDuty rotations while collaborating with development, operations, and cybersecurity teams.

Serves as a strategic HR advisor to business and insurance leaders, supporting workforce planning, organizational design, talent management, succession planning, employee engagement, performance management, and employee relations. Ensures compliance with employment laws, advises on investigations and workforce reductions, implements enterprise HR initiatives, interprets talent analytics, and develops recommendations that align people strategies with business objectives.
