Leads the design and engineering of HVAC, mechanical utility, plumbing, and piping systems for complex building projects. Oversees mechanical scopes, budgets, schedules, quality, code compliance, field surveys, construction administration, commissioning, and technical documentation. Coordinates with clients, architects, engineers, contractors, vendors, and manufacturers while mentoring junior staff and directing mechanical design teams. Supports project planning, system selection, energy modeling, specifications, construction responses, and advanced project delivery across all design phases.
