Manages strategic client accounts, strengthens relationships, supports renewals and growth, and coordinates service delivery across clients, brokers, carriers, and internal teams. Responsibilities include client onboarding, proposal support, reporting, claims and loss-cost analysis, service implementation, billing and collections assistance, complaint resolution, and identifying cross-selling opportunities. The role requires strong insurance claims, underwriting, loss control, account management, and client-service expertise.

Investigates and settles complex liability claims, evaluates coverage and reserves, determines liability, manages litigation-related investigations, authorizes payments, identifies recovery opportunities, prepares claims reports, and supports training and mentoring.

Investigate, evaluate, negotiate, and settle moderate-difficulty claims (Defense Base Act/WC). Confirm policy coverages, acknowledge claims, perform investigations, analyze information, determine and implement courses of action, and settle assigned claims promptly and equitably under general supervision.
