Teams at Cox Automotive Inc.

Serve as primary client contact for national fleet accounts, monitor KPIs, analyze fleet data, lead business reviews, drive retention and growth, coordinate cross-functional issue resolution, and recommend process improvements to optimize maintenance and operational performance.

Process and audit invoices, perform VMRS coding and costing, handle PO line inquiries and provider communications, index invoices into workflow, process rebills, and mark invoices complete. Provide support for billing department tasks and handle overflow calls.

Lead Customer Success to ensure outcome-based value realization, reduce churn, improve retention, enable expansion, build segment-specific playbooks, orchestrate cross-functional execution, and manage a Customer Success leadership team focused on KPIs like GRR, NRR, CSQLs, and customer health.
