Develop TypeScript, React, and/or .NET solutions, implement Azure cloud services and event-driven integrations, translate business requirements into technical designs, participate in code reviews and agile planning, and support production systems through monitoring and troubleshooting. Collaborate with engineers and architects while using AI tools in daily development.

Leads the FastAuth software engineering team, owning delivery, technical direction, team health, hiring, performance management, career development, and organizational planning. The role oversees multiple concurrent workstreams using React, TypeScript, .NET, Azure, and event-driven integrations. It requires cross-functional collaboration, scaled agile planning, data-driven delivery management, stakeholder alignment, and adoption of AI tooling. Healthcare, pharmacy, payer, prior authorization, and FHIR experience are preferred.
