Build and scale Covera's Revenue Operations function: own HubSpot CRM administration, pipeline management, forecasting, executive and board reporting, deal desk and pricing processes, cross-functional commercial operations, dashboards/KPIs, and scalable automation to enable predictable growth.

Manage operational workflows supporting patients, providers, and imaging centers across the imaging journey. Resolve inquiries, meet productivity and quality goals, document and refine processes, collaborate cross-functionally, and support continuous improvement and training to ensure timely, high-quality patient experiences.
